Reminder that we are conducting a survey for the upcoming referendum and want your feedback!

District residents should have received (or will soon) a survey in the mail regarding our facility needs. Please take a couple of minutes to answer the survey questions. It will help our district in the decision making process. Your input is valuable to us!

If you would like a survey in Spanish, there is a Spanish option if you use the website listed (www.Feedback2000.com). You will need to enter the survey code.

If you would like a paper copy in Spanish, please contact the district office 715-223-6715 or stop in to pick one up.

Also, if you would like another survey code for another adult family member in your home, you may get that by calling the district office.
